What is AOMS?
AOMS (Advocate Office Management System) is cloud software for advocates and law firms in Pakistan. It manages cases, hearings, cause lists, clients, documents, invoices, staff and payroll in one place, and includes an AI legal assistant.
Do I need to install anything?
No. AOMS works in any modern browser on your computer, tablet or phone. On mobile you can add it to your home screen for one-tap access.
Is AOMS available in Urdu?
Yes. You can switch the interface between English and Urdu, and the AI assistant understands questions in Roman Urdu.
Who is AOMS for?
Solo advocates, law chambers, law firms and corporate legal departments — anyone who manages cases in Pakistani courts.
Pricing & plans
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and includes up to 50 clients, 50 cases, 2 users, 500 MB storage and 5 AI questions a day. It shows ads.
How much is Professional?
Professional is Rs 2,999 per month, or Rs 29,990 per year (two months free). It includes 300 clients, 300 cases, 10 users, 5 GB storage, fair-use AI and no ads.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Upload the payment screenshot and transaction ID from Plan & Usage; we verify and activate your plan, usually within a few working hours.
What happens if I don’t renew?
Your office moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — you can still view and export everything, and adding new records resumes once you are within Free limits or renew.
Can I get a refund?
Yearly plans can be refunded within 7 days of activation. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer discounts?
The yearly plan gives two months free. We occasionally run coupon offers — you can enter a coupon code at checkout.
Security & privacy
Can other law offices see my data?
No. Every office’s data is isolated at the database level and every request is checked against your office. No other office can see your clients, cases or documents.
Can AOMS staff read my files?
Our team does not access office data except when you ask us to help with a support issue, or when required by law. Admin access is logged.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. The database and documents are backed up daily, and you can export your own data at any time.
Do you support two-factor authentication?
Yes. Any user can turn on 2FA with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
AI assistant
What can the AI assistant do?
It answers questions on Pakistani law (PPC, CrPC, CPC, family laws, the Constitution and more), prepares first drafts of common applications and notices, and answers questions about your own hearings, cases, clients and fees.
Is my data sent to ChatGPT or other AI companies?
No. AOMS AI runs on our own infrastructure, and your questions and office data are not sent to third-party AI providers.
Can I rely on the AI’s legal answers?
Treat them as research help, not legal advice. Always verify with the current statute and case law before relying on an answer.
