See a client’s balance and send a statement

Open Clients & Contacts → Client Ledger to see every client’s billed amount, payments and outstanding balance, with ageing buckets (0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days).

Click a client and choose Statement to download a PDF statement of account for any date range, printed on your letterhead.
